The Yellow Jacket Chapter II is the undergraduate chapter of Groove Phi Groove Social Fellowship, Inc. founded in 1974 by nine college men looking for an Afro-centric alternative to Greek based organizations. These brothers started something new and fresh at West Virginia State College in the seventies. The chapter celebrated 40 years of exsistence in April of 2014.
